It is available for short-term rent from October 1st, 2024, to April 1st, 2025.

The apartment includes:

Monthly rent: 550 Euros (utilities included) + 275 Euros deposit.

The apartment can be rented for a minimum of three months within the mentioned period (between 01.10.24. - 01.04.25.). For rentals shorter than 3 months, please contact us for an offer.

The tenant pays an agency fee of 275 Euros.
